All itineraries are designed to be escorted by an alpine guide on the basis of the difficulties that the mountain offers.
The treks consider average times that can be managed by the mountain guide himself.
The treks have been selected for journeys of great landscape and emotional impact.
Itineraries exclude vie ferrate/irion ropes way.
The via ferrata/irion ropes way, where absolutely necessary, foresee alpine guides in a ratio of 1 to 4 therefore wherever there might be a request it is necessary to review the costs on the specific day/s involved.
Meals are foreseen in the alpine huts but according with the chosen trek they may be also taken packed lunch anytime when it is necessary.
The average travel times are based on the preparation of the least gifted or weakest participant, however, trying to maintain an average trek time pleasing the whole group.
Stops for rest or photographs will be decided by the mountain guide in agreement with the participants unless there are higher needs in which case only the alpine guide takes the decision being in any way the only responsible of the group.
The routes may be varied according to the difficulty of the terrain and the weather conditions which can change suddenly.
Where trekking is not possible due to unfavorable weather condition, it will be considered an alternative activity.
TREKKING IN SUMMARY
The routes offered have been thought and designed according with the request for 5/6 hours trek but can be reduced down to 3/4 hours.
Trekking does not include via ferrata/rope ways.
The lifts that need to be taken are marked.
Generally speaking the mountain guide can handle groups from 15 to 20 persons. Beyond this figuere we have to considered a second mountain guide.
OTHER TREKKINGS
The choice of trekking is wide and starts from 2/3/4 hours and more.
Many other treks include via ferrata routes but these require correct physical preparation and the committment of mountain guides in a ratio of 1 to 4 clients.
